Andreas Maul

Andreas Maul is an accomplished copy writer and market researcher with years of experience in German industry. He graduated from the University of Goettingen, Germany with a Master in Economics (Diplom-Volkswirt Wirtschaftswissenschaften) with concentration in international business and ecological economics. He’s worked as journalist at a Daily Newspaper in Germany responsible for business and financial news.

Andreas Maul has three children and enjoys playing basketball and volleyball, literature, art, and photography, and is an active contributor to the Green Wave.

Danielle Lee
Danielle Lee graduated from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor in Fine Arts.

Her emphasis is on Graphics Design and Advertising. She’s been Creative Director and Owner of Bella Design in Washington, DC and Clarks Summit, PA for over a decade. Her work includes developing logos and visual business identity, creating brochures and billboards. She is also accomplished in various consumer package design techniques as well as attractive, customized website design.

She enjoys photography and is a devoted mother of two beautiful young daughters.


David Bando
David Bando has a distinguished career in advertising, television, multimedia and the internet. Along with his tenure at 13LLC, he was recruited to become the Executive Producer of Ladybug Creative Digital Studio in 2008. David oversees the entire life cycle of digital project execution of television development, commercial production, internet marketing and branding. He manages and guides all digital media and web applications, develops the company's roster of directorial talent, has P&L responsibility and oversees the growth of all divisions.

Prior to joining 13 LLC, David was the Executive Producer and President of Screaming Tantrum Productions, an award-winning production company for music videos and commercials. David served as President and minority owner of Redbone Films, a company dedicated to nurturing minority talent and providing access to working in commercial production. David also founded and served as the Executive Producer and majority owner of Earthquake Edit after serving as Executive Producer and Producer of Epoca Films. He began his career with The Company as a Producer for this award-winning music video production house.

David's client list has included Showtime, NBC, Comedy Central, Ford, Lincoln, Chloroseptic, AllergenBlock, Compound W, Home Depot, Proctor & Gamble, Honda, Shrek 3, Sears, State Farm, Papa John’s, Sprint, Spiderman, Coors, Allstate, Burger King, Ponds, Mattel and Disney. David Bando is an avid long-distance bicyclist, enjoys Yoga and loves to cook.
Jim Krieger
Jim Krieger started PromosThatRock.com in 2004. He was formerly one of the owners of Leshore Calgift Corporation, a top 10 leading Advertising Promotional Specialty Company in a $20 billion Industry. He assisted in engineering the sale of Leshore Calgift in 1995 to Halo Industries. In one year CoolPromotionalProducts.com was launched. PromosThatRock.com is scaled down version of the former company.

Jim Krieger has extensive experience in developing and administrating internal identity and incentive programs for large corporations, as well as sales promotion and identity campaigns. He has been responsible for 40+ such programs including Sony Corporation, Special Olympics International, Panasonic, Waste Management, Century 21 & ReMax...

He continued to develop similar successful programs with Cool Promotional Products including Paul Reed Smith Guitars, Martin Guitars, The National Park Services.... and then with PromosThatRock.com. He prides himself in personal involvement and custom-fitting each product or campaign. He developed websites for employees to chose incentive items, further cutting down on cost for the employer to deliver employee incentive programs and motivate the workforce. PromosThatRock.com has designed successful premium programs for such clients as Insyght Interaction Group, Absolut Vodka, Mrs. Fields Cookies and Nestle Beverage Company. Jim Rosiello
Jim Rosiello brings wide ranging experience in marketing, strategic planning, and advertising development to his work at Quest, which runs the gamut from consumer to business -to -business to financial services advertising and marketing on both the client and agency side.

Prior to joining Quest, Jim was Director of Advertising for Siegel Gale Inc.one of America’s preeminent brand consulting firms and a pioneer in helping established brands develop internet strategies and identities consistent with their long term brand positions. His work on behalf of clients like Dominion Resources and Dow Chemical helped relaunch these venerable brands in existing as well as new markets. He has also helped establish many startups like Early Bird Investments and Awards.com.

In his career which divs more than thirty years, he has worked for companies like: Nabisco, Monsanto and Burlington Industries as well as advertising agencies: Marsteller, Oglivy and Mather*,Messener Vetere Berger Mc Namee and Schmetterer, Foote Cone Belding and Ingalls Quinn and Johnson*.

He has supervised the development and execution of marketing and advertising for a wide range of clients like; IBM, MCI, AT&T Wireless, Manufacturers Hanover, State Street Bank, Dun & Bradstreet, Shady Brook Farms and Mita/Kyocera office products.

Jim is a firm believer in the “Account planning” approach to marketing and advertising which stresses a brand’s inherent and perceived qualities as the DNA that informs the brand’s identity and hence its behavior in every phase of its communications.

Jim Rosiello is an avid reader and movie buff, an incredible source of trivia and never misses a crossword puzzle in the Sunday New York Times.
Juliane von Schmeling
Juliane von Schmeling was born in Frankfurt, Germany and graduated High School with Abitur from the Wolfgang-Ernst Gymnasium in Buedingen. She completed an intense Apprenticeship at Metallgesellschaft in Frankfurt, at the time one of Germany’s largest industrial conglomerates and completed business school in conjunction. She also became a certified translator for German and English during that time. After working at Metallgesellschaft for several months in their metal trading department, she moved to the US as a foreign student, studying international business, finance, and marketing. Since then she worked in several companies in Germany, primarily in marketing and sales, and also graduated from Kings College in Pennsylvania with a BS in Marketing, International Business and Psychology, an MBA from Wilkes University with concentration in Marketing and Finance, and a few years ago graduated from Concord University Law School in Los Angeles, CA with an EJD – Executive Juris Doctor.

Over the years she worked at Dynamit Nobel in Mountaintop, PA and Schott Glass Technologies in Duryea, PA, primarily in logistics, marketing and advertising, during her tenure she was listed in Who is Who of Corporate Executives. In 1990 she formed Quest Consulting Group Inc as business consulting and full-service ad agency, market research and PR firm. In 2009 she assembled a consortium of highly skilled, experienced, dedicated professionals under the name Quest Worldwide to address the ever growing need for global marketing and business consulting, which is technology driven, engaging and eco-friendly. Her mottos are ‘Reaching Audiences locally AND globally’ and ‘Creating INTELLIGENT Win-Win Solutions’

Juliane von Schmeling is an avid traveler, loves to snowboard, wakeboard and ride her motorcycle, volunteers in several benefit organizations, including on the Board at CCK (CommunityCaresForKids.info – A Foundation helping underprivileged children world-wide with live-changing reconstructive plastic surgery), and is a member of several professional organizations, including BNI. She has taught at several colleges and universities in Northeast Pennsylvania and is a frequent guest speaker at civic organizations.
Mike Gorga

Reed Lucas studied Digital Art and Design and is the Co-Founder of VideoArmy LLC, an Online Marketing Company built out of the necessity of internet marketing.
